Haunted Experience - Again

This is a small story and is based on a very real experience. Keep reading. 

I am a big fan of the crime and horror genre, and so are my brother and sister. So last week they were here. And I was happy to see them because we had decided to go to a haunted hotel, which is situated on the Southside of Goa. So I was all ready to visit it, and so were my siblings.

My brother was driving and I was set with my camera to click pictures to let you know my journey and the photos of those places. So I put the name of that haunted place on the map, and we were following the directions. We traveled for almost 30 minutes, but there was no sign of this place. We asked people who stay nearby that locality, but they had no idea about this place. I started to lose interest.

I was wondering why they don’t know about this place, because, according to Google, it was a tourist spot. So we all were wondering what to do. I told my brother, let’s keep going as per the Map and ask nobody. So we were following the map’s direction. As we were driving, the road became narrow and the car couldn’t go further, but still, my brother drove somehow; we were new there, so we didn’t even know if we should go any further. But my brother is a person who never gives up. 

I have always been a person who loves to explore the unexplored. I am always ready to explore and travel the world. When it comes to exploring the haunted place, yes, I love it. 

There was a single road, and there was no left turn or right turn, but the map was showing to right turn, whereas to the right there was a dead end. Where to go now? We were angry, but at the same time, we were laughing at the map. Then we decided to go straight and we closed the map. My brother kept driving straight, and soon we reached a point where the right-hand side was a straight road, but a scary one. So we decided to get down and walk by that road. 

We parked our car and started walking. There was absolutely nobody on that road and that road was very narrow, which is why we had to park our car so far and there were just trees and big red stones. We kept walking, and as we were moving straight, we noticed absolutely no person, and plants were moving as if, somebody was watching us. We still kept walking with great courage, and then suddenly there was a strong noise of trees moving, and we heard voices as if there was some animal behind those trees. And then I remembered that there was a news report that there was a tiger had been spotted in that area just the day before our arrival at that scary spot. We got scared and we ran from there towards our car without even looking behind, and we came back home from there.

We discussed this incident and were trying to guess what it was. And we really didn't get the answer to it. The experience brought us goosebumps. We were scared because the area was scary. But then I wondered what the noise was and what was there. The road was narrow and straight and was surrounded by trees. So I wanted to go in and see where the road takes us, but my brother didn't want to take the risk. But being a human we always want to end our curiosity, right? I hope someday we visit there again with an act of courage and walk through that narrow road and get our answers. 

I still don’t know what it was, but it scared us to death and gave us goosebumps. Anyways, we didn’t get that haunted place, but we got chills. Comment down below if you had such an experience, and let us know. Let's discuss because you know I love horror stories.
